Return & Refund Policy

At NAVANILA – The Organic Life, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Perishable or consumable items (like honey or food products) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.

Products without original packaging or tampered seals.

Free gifts or promotional items.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, you’ll be asked for UPI or bank details for the refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
