We currently ship across India from Erode, Tamil Nadu.
Shipping charges
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email (and SMS, where available) with the courier name and tracking number so you can follow your package to your doorstep.
Packaging
Honey and gulkand jars are bubble-wrapped and packed in sturdy boxes to survive transit. If a package still arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery if possible, or report it to us within 48 hours as described in our Refund Policy.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
- Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers need a reachable phone number for delivery.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it (re-shipping charges apply) or refund the order value minus the original shipping cost.
