Welcome to Navanila Organics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of navanila.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • We take care to display our products accurately, but natural products vary — the colour, texture and crystallisation of raw honey, gulkand and other items may differ slightly from photos. This is natural and not a defect.
  • We may change prices, products and offers at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  • In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, serviceability issues) with a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) supporting UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Cash on Delivery, where offered, may carry additional conditions.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Food products — storage & allergen note

  • Our honey, gulkand and other edibles are natural products. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always use a dry spoon.
  • Honey should not be fed to infants under 12 months of age.
  • If you have known allergies (e.g. to bee products, pollen or rose), please review the product description before purchase and consult a physician if unsure. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, scraping content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, the Navanila name and branding) is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navanila Organics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
